Is Prairie Vape actually a licensed retailer, or an import seller working around the rules?
Licensed. Every product Prairie Vape sells is sourced from authorized Canadian distributors, carries the required excise tax stamps, and goes through mandatory age verification at checkout and again at delivery. Prairie Vape is the retailer in that relationship. The companies we buy from are the distributors, and that distinction matters for anyone checking whether an online vape seller is legitimate. A grey-market operation skips the tax stamps and the ID checks; a licensed one doesn't.
What's the actual delivery timeline to Moose Jaw?
Same-day delivery is specific to orders within Saskatoon city limits. A Moose Jaw order ships by tracked courier from our Saskatoon location instead, and you'll have a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands, so the timeline is visible rather than a guess.
Do I need to be 19 to order, even though Moose Jaw is a bigger city than most places on Prairie Vape's delivery list?
Yes, and city size has no bearing on it. Saskatchewan's legal minimum is 19, which is also Prairie Vape's own company policy applied identically everywhere we ship. Someone has to be 19 or older with valid photo ID present when the courier delivers. That's checked every single time, not spot-checked occasionally.
What's actually different between the BEAST CAPSL 60K and a disposable like the ELF BAR 80K?
The ELF BAR 80K is a fully disposable unit: battery, e-liquid, and coil all sealed in together, thrown out once it's empty. The BEAST CAPSL 60K from Flavour Beast is a closed pod system instead. You keep a rechargeable battery and swap in a new pre-filled pod, Banana Ice, Apple Kiwi Ice, Grape Aloe, and Watermelon Ice are the flavors we carry, once the old one's empty. If you vape often, the pod system usually costs less over time since you're not replacing a battery with every purchase. If you vape occasionally, a disposable's simplicity is often worth more than the savings.
What nicotine strength should I actually pick?
It depends on the device more than on a flat "how much do you smoke" answer. Mouth-to-lung products, most disposables and closed pods, including both the ELF BAR 80K and BEAST CAPSL 60K, typically run 12 mg/mL up to Canada's legal ceiling of 20 mg/mL, and that's genuinely where most users of those device types land. If you're using an open, direct-lung-style device instead, the comfortable range is usually much lower, often 0 to 6 mg/mL, because the mechanics of a bigger draw deliver nicotine differently even at a lower concentration. Someone switching from smoking usually starts higher on a mouth-to-lung device and adjusts down over time as they get a feel for it.
What if I want e-liquid instead of a pre-filled product?
Lemon Drop's 60ml freebase line covers Green Apple, Grapefruit, Lemon Lime, Pineapple, and Watermelon, and works with any open device, the Vaporesso XROS 5 Nano being the one we carry most, where you're doing your own refilling. It's a different category from the 20 mg/mL salt-nic e-liquid used in pod systems, generally run at lower strengths and paired with higher-airflow devices.
Do I have to pick between disposables and refillable devices, or can I run both at once?
Plenty of customers do both. A disposable is useful to keep on hand for travel or as a backup, while a refillable device stays the daily driver at home. There's no rule that says pick one category and stick with it exclusively, and ordering both in the same checkout ships together regardless.
What happens to my order if I get the wrong flavor or strength?
Double-check the listing before you check out. Nicotine strength and flavor are both stated clearly on every product page, and since these are age-restricted, opened consumable products, treat the listing details as final before you confirm the order rather than assuming a swap afterward.
What if I need a replacement battery or hardware instead of e-liquid or a disposable?
Prairie Vape's catalog covers that too, organized into its own Hardware and Batteries sections separate from the flavor listings, so you're not scrolling past disposables to find a spare cell or a replacement tank for an existing device.
I smoked for years before switching. Does that change what I should order?
It's worth factoring in, mainly for nicotine strength rather than product category. Most people with a longer smoking history start on the higher end of the mouth-to-lung range, closer to 20 mg/mL, on a disposable or closed pod, since that's closer to what they're used to nicotine-wise. It's common to adjust that down over a few orders once you've got a feel for how a given strength actually hits on a vape versus a cigarette.
Is there a minimum order for delivery to Moose Jaw?
Free delivery on orders over $99 is confirmed for Saskatoon. It hasn't been confirmed whether that threshold extends to courier orders outside the city, Moose Jaw included, so check the shipping cost shown at checkout rather than assuming it matches the Saskatoon rate.
Can I mix disposables, pods, and e-liquid in one Moose Jaw order?
Yes. Everything ships together in a single courier shipment regardless of how many product categories you're ordering across.
