We want to sincerely thank you for your continued support and loyalty. At Prairie Vape, we are committed to providing you with a smooth, efficient, and transparent shipping experience. Please take a moment to review our current shipping policy below.

📦  We ship within Canada only. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

  1.  Shipping Options & Cost 

Prairie Vape offers flexible shipping — the exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and your chosen shipping method.

 

Our primary couriers are Canada Post and UPS. We may use an alternate courier if a faster option is available.

 

 

  2.  Free Shipping 

Prairie Vape is pleased to offer FREE Expedited Shipping on qualifying orders:

· Orders of $99.00 or more (before taxes) qualify for free expedited shipping

· Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon code required

· Applies to all eligible products shipped within Canada

· If you require an even faster shipping option beyond expedited, additional charges will apply

🎉  Free shipping threshold: $99 before taxes. Add items to your cart and free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout once your order reaches $99.

  3.  Order Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or statutory holidays.

 

Processing time may be extended in the following situations:

· Payment verification is pending or requires follow-up

· Product availability issues or stock discrepancies

· Additional information is required to fulfill your order

· High order volumes during promotions or peak periods

📋  If your order requires additional processing time, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date.

  4.  Order Updates & Notifications 

We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process. Notifications are sent via email or phone based on the contact details provided at checkout.

· Order confirmation sent immediately after your purchase

· Shipping confirmation with tracking number sent once your order is dispatched

· Delivery updates provided by the courier (Canada Post / UPS)

· We will contact you directly if any issues arise with your order

  5.  Proof of Age at Delivery 

ALL orders from Prairie Vape require valid Proof of Age at the time of delivery — no exceptions. The legal vaping/smoking age in Saskatchewan is 19 years.

 

Accepted forms of ID at delivery include:

· Government-issued photo ID (Driver's Licence, Passport, Provincial ID card)

· Age must meet the legal requirement for your province of residence

⚠  If age cannot be verified by the shipping courier, the parcel will be returned to Prairie Vape. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on parcels returned due to failed age verification. A 50% restocking fee applies in such cases.

  6.  Shipping Region 

Prairie Vape currently ships within Canada only.

· We do not ship internationally at this time

· All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

· Shipping is available to all provinces and territories within Canada

· Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times

  7.  E-Transfer Payments 

Prairie Vape accepts Interac E-Transfer payments under the following conditions:

· Payment must be received within 3 days of placing your order

· Send E-Transfer to: prairievape2025@gmail.com

· Orders will NOT be shipped until full payment has been received

· We will contact you using your order's contact information if payment is not received within 3 days

· If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made with our team

💳  Please use your order number as the E-Transfer message/reference to help us match your payment quickly.
