Hardware & Device Return Policy

     30-DAY RETURN WINDOW ON ALL HARDWARE & DEVICES    

 

  1.  Return Eligibility 

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return on hardware or devices. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

· Item must be in the same condition as received — unused and unaltered

· Item must be in its original manufacturer's packaging

· Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided (available on your member account)

· Return request must be initiated within 30 days of purchase

 

💡  Exceptions are made for items that are defective or damaged in transit — see Section 4 for full details on damaged or defective products.

  2.  Disposables, Pods & Devices — Urgent Report Window 

For Disposable Vapes, Closed Pod Systems, and any device that is not functioning correctly upon delivery, Prairie Vape requires you to report the issue within 1–2 days of receiving your order. This tight window exists due to the nature of these products.

 

     DISPOSABLES, PODS & NON-WORKING DEVICES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 1–2 DAYS OF DELIVERY    

This policy applies to the following product types:

· Disposable Vapes — not producing vapour, not firing, or dead on arrival

· Closed Pod Systems — pod not reading, device not activating, or leaking upon first use

· Any hardware or device that is not working correctly when first received

 

To report an issue within the 1–2 day window, please do the following:

· Contact us immediately at prairievape2025@gmail.com or through prairievape.ca

· Include your order number and a clear description of the problem

· Attach photos or a short video showing the defect or issue

· Our team will review your report and respond promptly to arrange an inspection, replacement, or return

  Reports submitted after the 1–2 day delivery window for disposables, pods, or non-functioning devices will not be eligible for a return or replacement. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

 

  3a.  In-Store Returns 

Items purchased in-store at Prairie Vape must be brought back to one of our Saskatoon locations for inspection by our team.

· Bring the item in its original packaging with your receipt or proof of purchase

· Our staff will inspect the item to confirm eligibility

· If your return is approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method

· Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval

  3b.  Online Returns 

For purchases made through prairievape.ca, please follow the steps below to initiate a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

  Do NOT ship items back without contacting us first and receiving approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

  4.  Damaged or Defective Products 

Prairie Vape takes great care in packaging all orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please follow these steps immediately:

· Inspect your order as soon as it arrives

· Contact us immediately at prairievape2025@gmail.com or through prairievape.ca

· Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect

· Do not discard the original packaging — it may be required for a courier claim

 

Prairie Vape will work to make it right as quickly as possible. Resolution options include:

· Replacement of the item at no additional cost

· Store credit or full refund, depending on the situation

· Return shipping label provided by Prairie Vape at no cost to you

🔧  Defective or damaged items are exempt from the standard 30-day window restrictions. Please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered.
