Can I have an order delivered to a cottage in Thode? Yes, as long as it has a proper civic address and someone 19 or older with matching ID will be there when the courier arrives. The package needs an ID check, so it can't be left at an empty cottage.
How do I time a delivery for a weekend visit? Order early in the week. Transit from our Saskatoon location usually takes a couple of days, and couriers generally deliver on business days, so an order placed on a Thursday may not arrive until after you've left. Tracking shows the expected delivery day as soon as it ships.
What if I'm out on the water when it arrives? You'll typically find a notice, and the courier will either try again or hold the package for pickup — the tracking page says which. On a delivery day, staying near the cottage for the "out for delivery" window saves the hassle.
Is there a small, low-commitment option for a short stay? The Marz Bar 1200 is the smallest disposable we carry: rated up to 1,200 puffs, with 2mL of 20 mg/mL nicotine salt e-liquid. It comes in 15 flavours. It's meant for exactly this kind of situation — something compact that doesn't have to last for months.
Do you have anything nicotine-free? Yes: the Ripper Sleek 20K Nicotine Free. It's rated up to 20,000 puffs and holds 8mL of e-liquid with no nicotine in it, in five flavours. It's there for people who want the device without nicotine.
Is a nicotine-free device still age-restricted? Yes. It's a vaping product, and our 19+ requirement applies to every order regardless of nicotine content. ID is checked at checkout and again on delivery.
Is nicotine-free "safe"? We don't claim that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. It still produces vapour from e-liquid and carries the same general warning as the rest of our range.
How does the Marz Bar 1200 compare with the Sleek 20K? The Sleek lasts far longer — its rating is more than sixteen times the Marz Bar's — and it has no nicotine. The Marz Bar is the smaller, shorter-term option with 20 mg/mL nicotine. They suit different situations more than they compete.
Can I get both in one order? Yes. They'll ship together in a single tracked package.
What's the strongest nicotine I can buy? 20 mg/mL, which is Canada's federal limit. The Marz Bar 1200 sits at that level. Nothing above it can be legally sold anywhere in the country.
Should I keep devices at the cottage between visits? If you do, store them indoors at room temperature. Batteries don't handle a cold, closed-up cottage in winter or a hot vehicle in summer well, and a device left in either can seem weaker until it's back at normal temperature. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
What do I do with a finished disposable? Both products here contain lithium batteries, so don't put them in the cottage garbage. Take them to a battery or electronics recycling drop-off where one's available.
What ID do I need? Government-issued photo ID — a driver's licence, passport, or provincial ID card. You'll use it at checkout, and the person receiving the package will show it at the door.
Is there a minimum order? No, and no membership. A single Marz Bar ships the same way a larger order does, and you see the full total, including delivery, before confirming.
Are these genuine products? Yes. Every one has the federal excise stamp and comes through an authorized Canadian distributor.
Why can't I find the same range at a general store nearby? Saskatchewan reserves flavoured vaping products beyond tobacco, mint, and menthol for specialty vape retailers and online sellers. A general store can't legally stock most of it.
Is reordering easier the second time? Yes — your account keeps your order history, so repeating a past order is quick.
How far ahead should I order for a long weekend? Allow extra time. Holiday weekends can slow courier schedules, so ordering a few days earlier than usual is sensible.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes are much simpler before the order ships.
What if I'm only at the cottage on weekends? Consider having the order delivered to your home address during the week and bringing it with you. That avoids the timing problem entirely.
Do devices need special care at a lake? Keep them dry and out of direct sun. A device left on a dock or in a boat in summer heat is hard on the battery.
Should I plan ahead for a longer stay? If you're staying a week or more, ordering two at once means you won't be caught short while waiting on a delivery.
Are there longer-lasting options if I'm here all season? Yes — our catalogue includes disposables rated at tens of thousands of puffs and more, as well as refillable devices. Ask if you'd like a suggestion.
Is Thode growing? A little — up from 157 to 163 between the last two census counts — and more people means more first-time orders, so these questions come up often.
What's the easiest first order for a weekend stay? One Marz Bar 1200, or one Ripper Sleek 20K Nicotine Free if you'd rather go without nicotine.
The rule for every order is simple: 19 or older, in every province we ship to, which also happens to be Saskatchewan's legal age.
