Tuxford's Online Vape Shop
Vape Delivery in Tuxford, Saskatchewan | Prairie Vape
Highways 2, 42, and 202 all meet in Tuxford, a village of 103 people fourteen kilometres north of Moose Jaw, founded in 1907 and named after General George Stuart Tuxford. Buffalo Pound Lake is 16 kilometres further north. A crossroads village gets the same catalogue as anywhere else, so this page skips the pitch and opens up two disposables instead — a simple one and a feature-heavy one — to show what's actually different inside.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the Geek Bar Pulse X hold so much more e-liquid than the Ripper Sleek 20K?
Why does the Geek Bar Pulse X hold so much more e-liquid than the Ripper Sleek 20K?
It's a larger, rechargeable device — 20mL versus 8mL — so the e-liquid rather than the battery sets its lifespan.
What's the best way to compare disposables from different brands?
What's the best way to compare disposables from different brands?
Compare e-liquid volume. Puff ratings are measured differently from brand to brand.
What are the Geek Bar Pulse X's two modes?
What are the Geek Bar Pulse X's two modes?
Standard and Pulse, an extended mode.
Is the Ripper Sleek 20K simpler to use?
Is the Ripper Sleek 20K simpler to use?
Yes — it has no modes or screen to think about, in eight flavours.
Inside a simple disposable versus a feature-packed one
Every disposable has the same basic parts: a reservoir of e-liquid, a coil that heats it, a battery that powers the coil, and an airflow path. The differences between a basic model and an advanced one come down to how each of those parts is built and what's been added around them.
Start with the reservoir. The Ripper Sleek 20K holds 8mL of 20 mg/mL nicotine salt e-liquid and is rated for 20,000 puffs. The Geek Bar Pulse X holds 20mL of the same strength and is rated for 25,000 puffs. More than twice the liquid, but only a modestly higher rating — which tells you something about how each one uses its liquid, and about how differently brands measure a puff.
That's worth dwelling on. Puff ratings are produced under test conditions, and there's no single standard every manufacturer uses. So comparing ratings between brands is unreliable. E-liquid volume is the more honest comparison: it tells you how much you're actually getting. By volume, the Pulse X holds two and a half times as much as the Sleek.
Next, the coil. The Pulse X uses dual vertical mesh coils. A mesh coil is a flat, perforated heating sheet rather than a wound wire, and it heats evenly across its surface. Two of them share the work, which spreads heat further and keeps flavour steadier through a large reservoir. Even heating is what prevents hot spots, and hot spots are what scorch the wick and cause a burnt taste.
Then the battery. The Pulse X has an 820mAh battery with USB-C fast charging. That's the reason it can work through 20mL of liquid: when the battery runs low, you recharge it, so the e-liquid — not the battery — sets the device's lifespan. A device without charging has to size its battery to last the whole reservoir on one charge, which is one reason simpler disposables tend to hold less liquid.
Modes are the next layer. The Pulse X has two: Standard, and Pulse, an extended mode. Different modes deliver different amounts of power to the coil, which changes how the draw feels and how fast the device uses liquid. A basic disposable has no modes at all — one setting, chosen at the factory.
Finally, the display. The Pulse X has a 3D curved LED display. Screens on disposables are status panels: they tell you how much is left, which turns "is it running out?" from a guess into a reading. That's useful as a reorder signal when delivery takes a couple of days.
Another question we hear is whether a screen is worth having. For some people, seeing battery and e-liquid levels at a glance is reassuring; for others, it's one more thing to look at. There's no wrong answer, only a preference.
A practical point on reading the inside of a device from the outside: the product page is your best source. It lists the puff rating, the e-liquid volume, and the variants, and those three figures tell you most of what you need. Marketing names can be creative; the specifications are the part to trust.
So which is better? Neither, in the abstract. The Ripper Sleek 20K is simpler and smaller, with no screen or modes to think about, in eight flavours. The Geek Bar Pulse X gives you more liquid, two modes, a screen, and charging, in twelve flavours. If you want to pick it up and forget about it, the Sleek. If you want information and control, the Pulse X.
If you're coming from cigarettes, either device will feel different at first. A disposable produces vapour rather than smoke, and the draw is usually a little smoother. Give yourself a few days before judging a flavour or a device, since first impressions tend to change once the novelty wears off.
Both are 20 mg/mL, the usual strength for mouth-to-lung disposables and also the ceiling for any vaping product in Canada. Nothing stronger is legal to sell anywhere in the country.
A couple of care notes follow from what's inside. Lithium batteries dislike extremes, so keep devices at room temperature rather than in a freezing or sun-baked vehicle. If you charge the Pulse X, do it on a hard surface and don't leave it charging unattended for long stretches. And when either device is done, its battery means it goes to a battery or electronics recycling drop-off, not the household bin.
And if something doesn't seem right once it arrives — a weak draw, a flavour that tastes off from the first puff — contact us with your order number rather than persisting with it.
Orders to Tuxford leave our Saskatoon location by tracked courier, and the tracking number arrives as soon as the package ships. Expect a couple of days; same-day delivery is limited to Saskatoon's city limits. Photo ID is verified at checkout, and the courier checks it again before handing the package over.
Checking out takes a minute: choose the product and flavour, confirm the cart, and verify your ID. The total, delivery included, shows before you commit, with no minimum order and nothing to join.
Every product we ship comes from an authorized Canadian distributor and carries the federal excise stamp. Saskatchewan permits flavoured vaping products beyond tobacco, mint, and menthol only through specialty vape retailers and online sales, the channel we operate in.
