Every order starts at our Saskatoon location. It's packed and handed to a tracked courier, and you receive the tracking number as soon as it leaves. Tway itself sits north of Highway 41 and just west of Highway 20, which is a handy detail to have ready if a driver ever calls for directions.
Transit usually takes a couple of days. Same-day delivery is limited to Saskatoon's own city limits, so it doesn't reach Tway. The tracking page shows each step, including the one that matters most: "out for delivery," which tells you the day to be home.
Keep an eye on your email after ordering, too. The tracking link arrives there, and it's the quickest way to see where your order is without calling anyone. If a status hasn't changed for several days, that's the time to get in touch with us, and we'll follow up with the courier.
On delivery, the courier checks the recipient's ID against the order. An age-restricted package can't be left on a step or with a neighbour, so someone 19 or older with matching ID has to be there. If no one is, expect a notice and either a second attempt or a hold for pickup — again, the tracking page will say which.
If the package does end up held for pickup, the notice will say where. Bring the same government-issued photo ID used for the order, because the counter staff will check it just as the driver would have. Someone else can't collect it on your behalf unless the order was placed in their name.
Address details deserve extra care in a small hamlet. Use the full civic address, include any lot or house number, and check the postal code twice. A wrong postal code is the most common reason any package takes a detour, and on a rural route a detour can cost a day or more.
Winter is the other variable. Tway's snowmobile rally is a reminder of how much snow the area gets, and heavy snow can slow any courier on rural roads. Between November and March, order a little earlier than you otherwise would.
Timing around harvest matters here too. From late summer into fall, many households in this area are out in the fields from dawn to dark. If that's you, it's worth ordering before harvest starts so you aren't chasing a missed delivery during the busiest weeks of the year. A spare device in the house makes that season much easier.
Now the part that makes all this easier: ordering so each delivery lasts as long as possible. In a hamlet of five, fewer deliveries is simply more practical.
The BEAST CAPSL 60K is a disposable with a 60,000-puff capacity, available in ten variants. For most people, that's a device that lasts months rather than weeks, which means very few orders to plan around.
The OXBAR G42K is a disposable rated around 42,000 puffs, with a much longer flavour list — 34 variants. It suits someone who wants a large device but also plenty of choice when picking a flavour.
A practical order for Tway is two devices at once: one in use, one in reserve. When you open the reserve, place the next order. That rule alone means a slow week on the roads never leaves you empty-handed.
If you're unsure which flavour you'll like, a mixed first order works well: one BEAST CAPSL in one flavour, one OXBAR G42K in another. You'll know which you prefer by the time you need a third.
Both are sealed disposables, so there's nothing to fill or maintain. Strength for each variant is shown on the product page, and mouth-to-lung disposables typically land somewhere from 12 to 20 mg/mL. The legal maximum in Canada is 20 mg/mL; nothing stronger can be sold here.
Each device's rating is measured under standard test conditions, so treat it as a guide to how long the device will last rather than an exact count. Your own habits decide the rest.
Storage matters when you keep a reserve. Put spare devices somewhere at room temperature, away from direct sun and freezing cold, where children and pets can't reach them. A device left in a cold shed or vehicle will seem weak until it warms up.
Keep the reserve in its packaging until you need it, so it stays clean and the flavour name stays easy to read when you reorder.
When a device is finished, it shouldn't go in the garbage: disposables contain lithium batteries. Hold on to finished devices and take them to a battery or electronics recycling drop-off next time you're in a larger centre.
Checkout is quick. Choose your product and variant, check the cart, and confirm with government-issued photo ID. You'll see the total, including delivery, before you commit. There's no minimum and no membership.
After the first order, reordering is a couple of clicks from your account's order history — handy with a 34-variant list, where finding the exact name again would otherwise take a while.
Each product we sell carries the federal excise stamp and is sourced from an authorized Canadian distributor. Saskatchewan reserves flavoured vaping products beyond tobacco, mint, and menthol for specialty and online retailers, and that rule reaches Tway the same as anywhere in the province.
To order, you need to be at least 19; we apply that everywhere, and it's Saskatchewan's legal age too.
Vaping products may be hazardous to your health and are addictive. Not evaluated or approved by Health Canada. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or by people with cardiovascular conditions. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
