Do you deliver to Vanguard? Yes. Orders ship from our Saskatoon location by tracked courier, the same way they go to any town on our list.
How long does it take? Usually a couple of days once it ships. Same-day delivery is only available inside Saskatoon's own city limits. A tracking number arrives the moment your order leaves.
Can I track my order without an account? Yes. The tracking link in your shipping email works on its own; an account just makes reordering quicker.
What's the difference between a disposable and bottled e-liquid? A disposable is a complete, sealed device you use until it's done. Bottled e-liquid needs a refillable device to go in. The two products here show the difference: the KRAZE MEGA X 48K is a disposable rated around 48,000 puffs, and G CORE 60mL Juice is a 60ml bottle of e-liquid at 20 mg/mL.
Which one should I buy? If you want nothing to maintain, the disposable. If you already own a refillable device, or you'd like to switch to one, the bottled e-liquid is usually cheaper per session over time.
Can I use G CORE 60mL Juice on its own? No. It needs a refillable device. If you don't have one, add a device to the same order so you can use the bottle when it arrives.
How many refills is 60ml? That depends on your pod. A 3mL pod gets about twenty fills from a 60ml bottle; a 15mL pod gets four. Check your device's pod size to work out your number.
How many flavours are there? The KRAZE MEGA X 48K comes in ten variants; G CORE 60mL Juice in nine.
What if I ordered the wrong variant? Get in touch as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, it's much easier to correct.
What strength is G CORE 60mL Juice? 20 mg/mL, which is also the highest strength allowed in Canada. Nothing above 20 mg/mL can be legally sold anywhere in the country.
Is 20 mg/mL right for every device? No. It suits a tight, mouth-to-lung setup at lower wattage. If your device is set for a big, loose draw at high wattage, a lower-strength e-liquid is the better match, since a larger puff at 20 mg/mL feels harsh.
What about the disposable's strength? Most mouth-to-lung disposables sit between 12 and 20 mg/mL, and the product page lists each variant's strength.
How is my age checked? With government-issued photo ID at checkout — a driver's licence, passport, or provincial ID card — and again at the door by the courier.
Is my information kept private? Your ID is used only to verify your age as the law requires, and your details are handled through Shopify's secure checkout.
Can someone else accept my package? Only an adult 19 or older whose ID matches the order. Order in the name of whoever will be home.
Do you ship to post office boxes? Because the courier has to check ID in person, a civic address where someone can receive the package is the reliable choice.
Can I leave delivery instructions? You can add a note at checkout, such as which door to use or where the house sits on the lot. The ID check still applies, so the note can guide the driver but can't replace someone being home.
Does the courier need a signature? The ID check at the door serves that purpose, so plan for an adult to be present.
What happens if I miss the delivery? The package can't be left unattended. You'll get a notice, and the courier will re-attempt or hold it for pickup; your tracking page shows which.
What if I'm travelling when the package arrives? Order to an address where you'll actually be, or wait until you're home to place the order. Packages held for pickup aren't kept forever, so plan around your schedule.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Contact us right away. Before the package ships, an address change is usually simple; after it's with the courier, options become limited.
Is there a minimum order or a membership? Neither. One item ships just like a full cart, and the total, delivery included, is shown before you confirm.
How should I store bottled e-liquid? Somewhere cool and dark, with the cap closed, and well away from children and pets — nicotine e-liquid is dangerous if swallowed.
What about a finished disposable? It contains a lithium battery, so take it to a battery or electronics recycling drop-off rather than the garbage.
Does harvest season affect delivery? Not the courier, but it might affect whether you're home. If you're in the field all day, use an address where an adult with matching ID will be present.
Does winter slow things down? It can add a day on rural roads during heavy snow. Order a little earlier between November and March.
Are the products genuine? Yes. Each one carries the federal excise stamp and comes from an authorized Canadian distributor.
Why is the range wider than at a general store? Saskatchewan restricts flavoured vaping products beyond tobacco, mint, and menthol to specialty vape retailers and online sellers.
Is reordering quicker after the first time? Yes — your account keeps your order history, so repeating an order takes a couple of clicks.
Every order requires a buyer aged 19 or older, whichever province it ships to.
